This exciting new program will prepare participants for the daily rigors of working in the the busy and demanding field of restaurants. Through practice and exposure, students will learn the techniques, ingredients and theories that are the foundation of the culinary world. They will have the opportunity to learn every aspect of the restaurant business, including front and back of house, preparing them to work in different types of restaurants and in various positions within the industry.
Our intensive training program combines hands-on food-service training, individual learning opportunities in all aspects of restaurant management and culminates in job placement services. This program prepares participants for jobs in the restaurant and hospitality industry and helps them to keep those jobs.
